      Product Description產品描述
      Lead-freeUV-resistant PVC jacketing compound are granule compounds which are manufactured with mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. They regard advanced PVC resin as the basic raw material, and add special plasticizer, stabilizer and other accessory ingredients.
      環保型聚氯乙烯抗紫外線護套料是以優質聚氯乙烯樹脂為基料,加入特種增塑劑、特種穩定劑等助劑,經混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒狀電纜料。
       
      Characteristics and Application 特點及用途
      The products have excellent climate-resistant property and good processability. They can meet RoHS Standard. All their properties are referred to GB/T 8815 and UL 1581 and other standards. They are mainly used for the jacketing of cables which have UV-resistant property requirements.
      產品具有良好的耐候性,加工性能優異,符合RoHS環保標準。產品性能參考GB/T 8815、UL1581等標準的要求,主要用于有抗紫外線要求的電線電纜護套。
       
      Processing Indicator加工工藝
      Recommend to use single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
      建議使用普通長徑比為20-25的單螺桿擠出機進行生產。
